Enter our competition to design the front cover of Canterbury’s Regional Land Transport Plan.  

The future of transport in Waitaha Canterbury is here!  

Your entry should show what a resilient and connected transport network looks like in Canterbury.

💭💡Show us your interpretation of an evolving transport system that moves Cantabrians, tourists, and goods into, around and out of our region, while showcasing our rivers, coastline, and unique landscapes. 

We’d love to see your designs, illustrations, photography skills and use of mixed media to create the cover. 🎨✏️📸 

The Canterbury Regional Land Transport Plan sets out the current state of the region’s transport network; challenges it faces, and a vision for the next 10 years. 

The draft plan is reviewed by the Regional Transport Committee and will be publicly available in early 2027. 

How to enter 

1. 📥 Download the Youth Cover Competition Cover Template (PDF file, 131.6 KB) and use it as a guide to create your design in the blank space (around the logo and heading text). 
2. You can also download the Youth Cover Competition Template Overlay Image (PNG file, 67KB) and put the overlay on your creative to see how your entry will look as the front cover.
3. Fill out the entry form and upload your design! 
4. Enter before competition closes on Sunday 10 May 📅
